Opportunities

The Donohoe Group offers opportunities for final-year undergraduate (Part II) research projects and DPhil study. This page provides information on available opportunities, funding routes and how to contact the group to discuss potential research projects before applying.

The group usually takes three part II students each year. Please contact Tim to discuss projects and possibilities and look out for our group poster at the Departmental Part II Open Day (here you can chat informally to a current part II student in the group).

Funded positions will be advertised on the Departmental website. If you are interested in joining the group then please contact Tim via email for a preliminary and informal chat about the group and our research before you make any applications to the Department. 

Departmental Doctoral Training Centre on chemical synthesis (Chemical Synthesis for a Healthy Planet- CSHP)

Funded PDRA positions will be advertised on the Departmental website. If you are interested in joining the group as a postdoc then please contact Tim by email for a preliminary and informal chat about the group and our research. We can also discuss potential applications for scholarship funding.
